Location...Location...Location for Family Portraits in Northern Virginia Location...Location...Location. Did you know many of the parks and Federal land in Washington DC and Northern Virginia require photography permits? This includes Private Gardens, Fairfax County Parks, and all Federal land like the National Mall. Permits can range from $50 up to $250 per session.  The photography fee doesn’t include the application fee. I have worked hard to find locations that don't require these permits, that are beautiful and just waiting to be photographed with your family. This location is beautiful and has several wonderful autumn colors. Your family would look beautiful with this amazing scenery. In addition to the striking colors, there is also a beautiful water with the reflection of the autumn colors. If you haven't scheduled your family's portrait yet this year, it isn't too late. This is beautiful. I wish I lived somewhere with colorful trees. This would be perfect for family pictures.
