Birthday CompositeComposites or collages are so much fun to create. Flicker defines A composite Image is a picture that is made from the combination of multiple images merged into a single surface. You can view my other photos here. The pictures in this set are "constructed" creations. This technique often generates interesting and weird surreal effects.
Getting the best pose and controlling the light plays a pivotal part of the process, but really “playing” with an image after the fact to see what can be achieved is the fun part. 7-Year Old Milestone PortraitsWhat's not to like about birthdays...they are so much fun. Cake, balloons, presents; need I say more. In addition to all these great birthday traditions, a milestone photo session is another great way to remember yourself or your child's birthday. To celebrate Gray's 7th birthday, we had a portrait session in Old Town Alexandria.

Old Town Alexandria in Virginia is one of those beautiful locations; and it’s rather popular especially during the fall because of the tree lined streets. It’s such an extraordinary place to visit as well as have your family portraits taken because of the various options. There is a so much history and of course a lot of gorgeous backdrops for your family pictures. There are colorful townhomes, the famous cobblestone streets, narrow alleyways, Wilkes Street tunnel, and King Street waterfront with the pier.  |
