Double celebrations are the best. Captain Wong and his beautiful wife were both in a celebratory mood as yesterday was a big day for both of the collectively as well as individually. Yesterday was Captain Wong's ceremony date for promotion to Major and it was also his wife's birthday day.

Yesterday was one of the most recent warm and beautiful days in the Nation's capital. It's beginning to feel like spring.

It was a beautiful day in Washington D.C. for a military promotion ceremony. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, hint of rain, but there was a little chill in the air.

The family arrived with lots of excitement and anticipation. Their smiles are infectious.
