It's Friday and yes, the last weekend before school returns next week. I know i'm not the only parent celebrating! Have you watched the Disney movie CoCo? Earlier this summer, my boys and I watched this movie and it was a true treat. Thoughts of warm cookies, hot chocolate, pumpkins, apples, apple cider and so much more. I'm also sharing my family's recipe for these quick chocolate chip cookies.
