Did somebody say food?!! Oh my goodness a location filled with different food trucks...i'm there. Yes Truckeroo is a summertime event in Washington D.C. There are several food trucks that come together have a monthly festival. Although i'm in Northern Virginia, attending the Truckeroo is such a short drive and well worth it.
Today, August 10, is the day for this month's festival. Let me tell you the top five reasons I like Truckeroo.
1. Dinner Time
The festival begins at 4 pm until 11 pm. Therefore I don't have to cook dinner. Can we you feel my excitement as you read that sentence. Yes there are so many trucks available that everyone doesn't have to eat the same thing.
2. Several Choices
There are several food trucks available. With the numerous amounts of food trucks there are various types of cuisines available.
Capital Chicken & Waffles
Crepe Love Truck
Red Hook Lobster Pound
Korean BBQ Taco Box
3. FREE Entertainment
Yes, while you eat there is live music playing.
4. FREE Entry
There is no entry fee. You can come and check out what Truckeroo is all about.
5. Fun Times
I've always had a fun time with every visit to Truckeroo. I'm sure you and your family would have a great time as well. Come join me.
